IF Monitoring provides uptime monitoring, alerting, incident views, and public status pages for websites, APIs, and related endpoints. Features may vary by plan. We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice when practical.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to monitor systems you are not authorized to check;
• abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service or third-party systems;
• attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or plan entitlements;
• reverse engineer the Service except where allowed by law;
• use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

5. Customer content and monitors

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as monitor URLs, names, and status page branding). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the legality of the endpoints and data you configure.

6. Plans, billing, and changes

Paid plans, limits, and pricing are described in the product. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may change plans or pricing with notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

7. Availability and alerts

Monitoring and alerts depend on networks, probes, and third-party providers. We aim for reliable checks but do not guarantee uninterrupted monitoring, instantaneous alerts, or zero false positives/negatives. The Service is not a substitute for your own operational procedures.

8. Public status pages

If you publish a status page, you control what is shown publicly. Do not publish confidential information. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of content on your status pages.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by IF Monitoring / its operators and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you rights beyond using the Service as permitted.

10. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, risk to the Service, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that should survive will survive.
